网上近日流传两段有关一名香港女艺人的半裸片段，香港记者循读者提供的资
料，在网上发现该两段为时约七秒的短片，片中少女身材苗条，清晰见到上身
赤裸，少女长发散乱、半裸上身坐在床上，睡眼惺忪地将胸围扣好，并说：
“想干嘛？”而负责拍摄的男子则只发出“什么啊”一声。

去年九月，香港曾发生一宗男艺人遗失手提电话，内有其艺人女友赤裸上身的短片，后被人拾得，并向女艺人勒索五万元，最终女艺人报警求助，将歹徒绳之于法。当时法庭下令保护女艺人，不得披露受害人姓名，只能以“A小姐”及“B先生”来报道。
据案情透露，A小姐二十四岁，B先生则二十二岁，B先生以其摩托罗拉V3i手提电话拍摄A小姐半裸短片，但B先生糊涂，在出租车上遗失该电话，后由一地盘工人拾获。据负责此案的探员透露，被告拾获电话后，曾将有关片段传送至自己的手提电话，亦承认曾跟朋友分享。片段内容令人相信就是涉案片段。
事件哄动全城，引来多番揣测，并有开始作竞猜游戏，多对圈中情侣都被视为嫌疑人物。短片在网络上流传后，片中女主角被证实为香港艺员陈自瑶。

不过，陈自瑶在去年的访问中却矢口否认。她说：“都有人问过我，笑笑算了。其实拍这种照片，应该要互相尊重，一方不愿意，另一方就不可以做。”其绯闻男友蔡淇俊则说：“我是自恋狂，只会自拍。好多艺人丢手机，所以我不会照敏感相。”
